I finally dragged my sorry ass out the door this mornng at 6 and went to the Y. I only did 20 minutes on the crosstrainer and 10 minutes on the recumbent bike before I had to get ready for work but I'm glad I did somethng good for myself. I'm going to try to get there earlier tomorrow and do more.

I've felt really tight lately. I think it may be stress. I was barely able to get my pills down this morning. I wonder if lack of sleep will make you tight. I've been so tired I can barely keep my eyes open at work. Of course, I did work 10.5 hours today and got up extra early to workout.

I'm ready to get off this merry go round and have a normal home life with everything in it's place and have a normal work schedule...opps wrong profession for normal. LOL!

I've been hearing that stress will do that...which lack of sleep can cause too. With my new fill, I'm a little tighter in the morning. Argh...
