Guess what?...................I found a home. And it's actually a better house than the one live in now. It's closer to work but still out in the country. And the rent is the same. The man that use to live in it died this spring and it's been sitting empty. The son owns it now and is in the midst of selling all his dad's belongings. The sale is Septmember 27 and then I can start moving in. Steve (landlord) gave me a good deal because he said "he didn't want to get rich off it, just get enough out of it to pay the taxes." It's part of a 40 acre farm and ajoins his farm so he won't be selling it. And he has no kids that may want to move in down the road. He already gave me a key so I might start cleaning and painting in the next few weeks. The colors are from the 1960's and being that his dad was pretty ill for awhile it needs a good cleaning.

Well...it's about 11:30 and I need to get to bed.
