Sorry, it's been so long. Work has just been crazy. Then as it was slowing down , it was time to go on vacaton. I think it finally caught up with me. I'm sick. But more of that later.

Well, I just got back from vacation. Went to Bristol, TN for the NASCAR race. It was great. Felt like I didn't have a care in the world for 5 days. Got lots of walking in but probably not as much as previous years. My aunt is my walking buddy on vacation and she was having serious knee problems before we left. We only got one 1 mile walk in for exercise. And we avoided the walk up and down the mountain on the way back from the track by taking the shuttle. But we did lots of walking while shopping and walking around the track. I'm convinced there isn't a flat surface in TN

I even got acquainted with a hotty that I've had my eye on for a couple years. We stay in a campgrounds and have had the same neighbors for years. FUN!! Too bad Tim lives in New York...near Niagra Falls. I think I could easly fall in love.



Anyway, I came back and promptly got sick Monday night with chills and diarreha. Then came the head and chest cold. I haven't went back to work yet. But will have to go in tomorrow or I need a doctor's excuse.

I'm pumped to get out there and RUN! But I need my head to feel like it's not going to explode. I'm at my lowest weight today and I hope I can maintain it when I get well.
