I exercised again!!
15 minutes on the recumbent bike and 30 minnutes on the treadmill.
My time in the treadmill was spent by walking for 3 minutes at 3.3 miles per hour and then jogging 2 minutes at 3.8-3.9 miles per hour. Repeat 5X. I averaged a 17minutes, 20 second mile. I need to "run/walk" a 18:10 mile for 13.1 miles for the mini-marathon. My plan is to work on speed during the week and doing the long "run/walks" on the weekend. This weekend I have to do a five miler. Or should I say I get to do a 5 miler.
Now...I'm exhausted.
