I finally exercised. And it was really good. I've been sick since last Wednesday with a head cold. Last night, I decided I wasn't going to be sick anymore. I got up early and pretended I was well and ut worked. It helped that my head was clearing up too. LOL! I just have occasionally runny nose and a horrible cough. Anyway, I went to the Y after work. Mainly because I had to meet a friend in the parking lot because I sold her some Bristol tickets. I decided to meet her there so I wouldn't have any excuse not to go inside. It was the best workout I've had in awhile. I worked on my walking speed. I still have this mini-matathon that I'm "suppose" to be training for. I know I'm not going to be able to run much of it. I think I can make the time deadline if I can get my walking speed up and mix little jogs in along the way.
Eating is going great. I'm just not hungry. At least phsically hungry. Occasionally, I get some head hunger when I'm bored and anxious. Usually I can destract myself with some thing else. I can't believe how little I can eat and be full.
That being said I can't get below 232. The elusive 30 pound loss seem out of reach. That's why I've added exercise back in to the mix.
Is it bad to watch A&E's Intervention while drinking a cranberry and vodka cocktail? hehe...
