I think I'm really there! ~~Finally~~
I weight is coming off again. And I don't have hardly any desire to eat. The desire I do have is head hunger or boredom. I haven't exercised in a few days just too busy and lazy.
Here's how my weekend went:

  • Friday- I was just exhausted from the week. Lounged on the couch watching programs that I DVR'd all week. I discovered a two new programs.......Like I need to watch anymore TV..hehe. First, on BBCA is "You Are What You Eat". Ewwww.. the English eat some yucky food. A lady (nutritionist?) overhauls people's diet over a two month period of time. Then, TLC has "How to Look Good Naked". I like it because they take women of any size and make them feel good about themselves. It also points out how wacked women's perception of thier bodies are. Ended up in bed by 10:30, read for an hour and zonked out.
  • Saturday- Up at 8. I read the first chapter of the Beck Diet Solution. I needed to make my list of the advantages of losing weight. I got out my scrapbooking tools and made a little book of my advantages. I'll post them in a seperate post. This actually took 2 hours. Then the phone company came to fix my phone and DSL. It was out for a day. Showered and washed dishes, then went to my mom's to spend time with my niece. Then, I went to my cousin's for her step daughter's birthday party. I didn't eat much. I tried a piece of ham. And it got hung up. Had to run upstairs to the bathroom and spit a liitle mucus up. Nothing major. I think I didn't chew good enough and it was a little on the dry side. Stayed there till after midnight.
  • Sunday - Up early for church. Then stopped at my mom's. When I got home the wind was blowing the soffit under the roof off the house. I lost some siding a last week. Ran over to my landlord's and she already has someone set up to do the siding so he'll give her an estimate for the damage today. We might as well wait anyway. There is more wind in the forecast. Spent the rest of the day lounging on the couch, watching the Daytona 500. I got a burst of energy a little while ago and spent 25 minutes power cleaning the kitchen, bedroom, and living room. Washed a two sink full of dishes, wiped down the counters, ran the vacuum in the livingroom, made my bed, and folded a load of laundry. If I'd do that for a couple hours, I'd have a spotless house. But I lose focus after a while. LOL

I'm getting ready to go to bed. I need to get up by 5 tomorrow. I want to exercise before work. And I also have 3 employees off tomorrow so I could easily have a 10 hours day. Then I have a meeting at church at 6:30. Shoooo! I know people have days like that all the time but I'm not them. I prefer to have lots of free time. Tuesday doesn't get much better. I have a lapband support meeting in Dayton. I'll get in bed as soon as I post my list.
