Going out for a 4 mile walk before it gets too hot. It's suppose to be in the 90's today with high humidity. I'll report back later. I just realzed for a band journal that I don't talk about what I eat or how I exercise much. So, I'm going to be more accountable to this journal. Thanks for everyone reading.
