I'm a mess right now.
I have to move. My landlord came over this afternoon and said her grand-daughter wants to move into my house. She is a sweet lady and she apoligized prefusely but she really does need her family close. She's in her early 90's. I'm so upset. I've lived here for 5 years and I love my house. I have 30 days to move.
I just don't know what to do. I was going to buy but not until next year. I don't have a big enough down payment right now anyway. Rent for a house is around $600-$700. And I really don't want to live in town. My mom said I could move back home but that would be a LAST resort.
To some people this probably isn't a big deal but I'm a homebody. I'm very attached to this place. I was actually hoping that I could buy it someday.
I'm just still in shock.

It is a shock. With work tiring you out and now this... Hopefully, you'll be able to crunch numbers and find a place of your own to call home. It will be difficult, but if you can manage to buy a home now, you should do it. My prayers and thoughts are with you.
