I guess I should give my January progress report.

7/7 aerobics classes ***we had less classes d/t weather
19.8/25 mles on recumbent bike
11.7/15 mles on the crosstrainer
3/10 miles on the treadmill

Beginning weight 218.4
End weight 214.2

Not bad! I really would have liked to make more of those goals but like I said in an earlier post, I've been working a lot of hours. And believe me the aerobics classes have been killer. There were some days after class that I was really hurting. My bottom and hips are hurting right now from Saturday's workout. I'm really happy with the weightloss because mid month I still hadn't lost anything.

Time to make some February goals...
8 aerobics classes
20 miles on the recumbent
10 mles on the crosstrainer
20 miles on the treadmill or walking outside

I'm starting my half-marathon training so I need to lay off the bike and crosstrainer and get some walking/running in. I started this week by doing fast mile runs on the treadmill. And today did a trial 3.1 miles outside. It was very slow with only a few bursts of jogging. I was having some bowel issues and was afraid to push it to much....if you catch my drift. It was a beautiful 40 degrees and sunny this afternoon and I couldn't resist.

Hope to be checkin in more regulary. I thought things at work were slowng down but when I went in today for a few hours, I discovered that we have 6 more patients to add to the caseload. I'm almost afraid that it will stay like this. Guess I don't to worry about job security. So many people worried about their jobs and I desparetely need a break. And I don't mean a vacation because the work is still there when you come back from vacation. We need more staff.
